After over a decade of commitment to open science, we have made the difficult decision to pause all new publications indefinitely. This decision was not made lightly, but we believe it is the right step for the future of the organization and the evolving landscape of academic publishing.

While our journals will remain accessible for reference and archival purposes, we encourage the community to continue advocating for open-access publishing and the values we have shared.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Your contributions have helped shape a more open, transparent, and collaborative scientific world.

    • Challenges in Sustainability and Organic Farming have moved to a new publisher: ACADlore.

  • From January 2024:

    • Journal of Human Security has found a new home at H&N Publishers UK.

1. Journal of Human Security (JoHS)

  • Scope: Publishes applied research focused on creating a secure and sustainable future for humanity.

2. Challenges in Sustainability (CiS)

  • Scope: Focuses on environmental/resource science, sustainability governance, pathway and transition studies, and education for sustainability.

3. Organic Farming (OF)

  • Scope: Focuses on on advances and innovations in organic agriculture and food production to provide scholars and other groups with relevant and highly topical research in the field.

4. Politics and Governance

  • Scope: Offers open-access research across political science and governance disciplines.

5. Media and Communication

  • Scope: Covers international media and communication research. Currently published by Cogitatio Press.

6. Social Inclusion

  • Scope: A quarterly peer-reviewed journal covering topics on inclusion, diversity, equity, and integration.
